Butterfly Magnet

Butterfly_Magnet.You will need: tissue paper, scissors, miniature clothespins, glue, self-adhesive magnetic tape, pipe cleaners.

.What you do:

.Cut three pieces of tissue paper approximately 3 inches square.

.Take a piece of tissue, gather it in middle and clip the clothespin around it.

.Put several drops of glue between the prongs of the clothespin to hold the tissue paper in place.

.Repeat the process for the other two pieces of tissue paper.

.Cut a piece of magnetic tape to attach to the back of the butterfly.

.Use pipe cleaners around the top of the clothespin to form the antennae.

Variation:

.Instead of using magnetic tape on the back of the butterfly, you can also glue a large safety pin.

.The butterfly pins make a lovely gift for Mother’s Day.
