You will need: 3 eggs; 1 cup honey; 4 1/2 cups Half ‘n Half; 3 teaspoons vanilla.
What you do:
.Mix in other ingredients.
.Make individual ice cream freezers from a cut-off half-gallon milk carton and small juice can.
.Place can inside milk carton; pack layers of ice and salt around can.
.Fill about 1/2 full with ice cream and stir, being careful not to get salt into the mixture.
.Mixture will freeze in about 20-25 minutes. (mixture does not have to be stirred continuously.)
