Jumping

.Have the children break into groups of three.

.They stand about a foot away from one another in a straight line side to side.

.The middle child of the three gives the command to jump and springs forward landing with feet together.

.As he/she jumps, the two outside children attempt to jump and land where the center child does.

.The children should be told to keep their eyes straight ahead, feet together.

.Alternate the middle child so each child gets a chance to be the first to jump.
