Look In The Mirror

.Use a hand mirror, or a full – length mirror if you are lucky enough to have one in your classroom.

.Have the children look into the mirror and describe themselves.

.Encourage the children to use descriptive vocabulary such as curly brown hair; long black hair, pink and white striped shirt. etc.

.Encourage the children to make positive statements about themselves.
