Caramel Popcorn
.Bring to a boil 2 cups of brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup corn syrup, and 1 teaspoon salt.
.Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
.Pour over 6 cups of popped corn and bake one hour at 250 degree.
.Nuts may be added.
