Father’s Day Card

.You will need: Light colored construction paper, crayons or markers.

.What you do:

.Fold the paper in half to form a greeting card.

.Have the child draw a portrait of dad on the front of the card.

.Write any one of the following poem on the inside of the card.

Daddy is my special friend,
The two of us are buddies.
I always like the things we do,
I’m thankful for my daddy.

OR

I love you daddy,
My dearest daddy,
You make me happy,
When I am sad,
I want to tell you,
I really love you!
When I’m with you,
I am so glad.
