Pool Splashing

Learning swimming was becoming an up hill task for me as after I had started learning to swim, I decided to make my first dive into the pool.

I took a deep breath and jumped into the water. There was all-round guffawing and laughter from the other people in the pool.

It was only when I saw my swimming trunk floating at a little distance away from me, that I could make out the cause of their mirth – when I had dived from the platform, it must have come off.

My coach came to my rescue and gave me a towel also a piece of advice, he told me to fasten a belt around my waist.
